Version 0.3 Pickup update.

               New:

+Character stat board
+After 200 points, the character improves less frequently. 15 times instead of 10.
+Upgrades show how much they give
+New upgrade (3) after 150+ score.
+Upgrades allows you to control the characteristics of monsters
+New super upgrade for Reload
+Death pickup - kills all monsters on the map
+Freeze pickup - freezes monsters for a few seconds
